INDIAN TRAIL WAREHOUSE

Summary:   Provide administrative support functions and back-up for all areas of operations in Inbound Logistics and Labor as needed.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Provide support for all operations of Inbound Logistics and Labor department as needed.
  • Generate system download information from TRICEPS and VLM for entering data into the Shipping and Receiving production files each day for corresponding Performance Postings.
  • Compile and produce the daily reports:
  • Excess Dwell Time Report for all receiving operations.
  • Out-Tracking for each warehouse shipping operation.
  • Compile and produce weekly operation reports:
  • Work Measurement Report, from the each warehouse production files, including VLM, TRICEPS, CAMS, and MDS.
  • High Performance Report from production files from each Warehouse and Transportation Operation.
  • Yard Switcher Report from VLM and MDS.
  • Operation Summary Report for Greensboro and Indian Trail from VLM, TRICEPS, and Incentive spreadsheets.
  • Overtime Report from the Operation Summaries.
  • Out-Tracking Summary Report.
  • Reschedule and Backhaul, CPU/NLI Daily Appointments in BICEPS.
  • Compile and produce Greensboro and Indian Trail Daily Dropsheet spreadsheet for billing calculations.
  • Review and reconcile NLI and Rogers unloading billing for GB and IT each week.
  • Review and reconcile IFCO loads for the accounting
  • Review and approve Freight Allowances on a daily bases
  • Provide Associate Backup Duties:
  • Inbound Scheduling Coordinator
  • Backhaul Coordinator
  • Inbound Logistics Accounting
  • Other duties as may be assigned or required

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
 
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
 
Reasoning Ability:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software; TMT, PROMPT accounting software; TRICEPS inventory software; OUTLOOK, GOOGLE internet software and BICEPS order processing systems.
