Summary: Responsible for the weekly data entry and maintenance of Frozen, HBC/GM new items, American Greetings, and TNG. Associate will communicate with Category Managers, vendors and marketing staff regarding pricing issues. Associate must be able to communicate properly and effectively with the vendors and stores when they call with any pricing issues they may have. Associate must be able to spend long hours working at a desk-top computer and work independently.
Gain advanced proficiency and thorough understanding of using our HQPM (Headquarters Price/Merchandise Manager) system to include system data entry, error detection and correction, attaining a knowledge level to assist the general users in the proper procedures for correctly inputting into the system.
Average computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Word. Ability to rapidly gain advanced knowledge to minimally include utilizing the use of formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables.
- Must have 10 key and typing experience.
- Check weekly ads, monitor these for obvious errors and make corrections.
- Ability to quickly adapt and comprehend computer systems.
- Prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and adapt to various situations and multiple shifting priorities effectively and timely.
- Meet company’s established attendance policy and perform essential job functions throughout the established scheduled hours.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
